AC Install Very Pleased!!! I recently had AC added to my furnace and could not be more pleased with Home Squad. I researched 3-4 total companies for the work and they were by far the most attentive and professional. Some companies would not even come out or tried to give me an estimate over the phone. I was told to place my order and then they would tell me when they could install citing all the supply chain problems. Not even an ETA based on the equipment they just quoted me. Alfred came to my home and did a thorough inspection, listened to my needs and provided three options. My system was installed within a week of placing my order by Michael who has 40 years of experience. Son is one of the owners and has been in regular communication through the process and Kathy on the phones is so friendly and helpful. This is also a veteran owner company! Say no more. They are absolutely worth your time to engage.

Their technician, Alfred, was very professional and performed much more detailed work to diagnose the problem and document it. After his visit, I needed to speak with the management to deal with a process required by the manufacturer warranty, and they were very quick, helpful, and nice in attending to the requests.

They showed up on time and included an alert the day before and ten minutes prior to arrival. They were extremely pleasant, competent, and professional. I have never used Home Squad until now but definitely will in the future. Highly recommend!

I have just experienced the best service I could ask for from a Company. This is the first time I have ever called a repair company for one of my appliances, My refrigerator/freezer. I was concerned I would not be able to afford the repairs due to my financial situation. I was so full of dread when I called this the company (Home Squad USA)I was full of dread they would not help me. Too my surprise and gratitude, the office staff who took my call listened to my concerns and they even made accomidations [sic] for my financial woes. They were able to set up an appointment for a few hours after my call on the same day. The Chief of Field Operations Alfred Salvacion, called when he was on his way to give me an ETA of when he was going to arrive. When he got here he was very professional, pleasant, and willing to explain to me what the issue was. It took Alfred Salvacion just a short amount of time to fix the loose wire fan and the defrost issue my freezer had. I was so mortified about the condition my freezer looked like after he removed the bottom cover of the freezer, but Alfred reassured me it was no big thing. After fixing and replacing the part, he brought out a steamer and he cleaned the inside of the freezer, Alfred made it look brand new, and then he pulled the fridge away from the wall undid the back panel and cleaned the area where the coils are at. This is my first and best experience. Thank you Home Squad USA!

I got both email and text confirmations. On the day of diagnosis and service, Alfred called me almost 3 hours earlier and offered to come out ahead of schedule, which was great. He was personable, knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose and repair. Thankfully it was an easy issue but he also gave me instructions for if it happens again, and told me how old my washer is, its condition, and what I should look for when purchasing the next one. I was thoroughly satisfied and would definitely use this company and this technician again. Thank you Home Squad.

I'm so glad that I found Son and his team! My family barely survived the heat of last summer, so we decided to install AC for the house. I made more than 8-10 phone calls and all the response was that I had to wait at least 8 weeks to get an estimate and more than 2-3 months to get it installed. That was not the option for Home Squad! They came to do the estimate 2 days after I called them and installed it in just TWO WEEKS!!!! The installation was professional and swift, they also updated the NEST thermometer in the house so we could now control the temperature with our phones. The team is very friendly and they even came back when we pointed out some minor issues at no cost. Son also prepared a goodie bag and a hand-written thank-you note for us, this sweet gesture just showed how much he cares about his customers. If you are in search of AC installation or any services within their service range, I highly recommend HOME SQUAD!
